April 25th - Friday
6:00 PM - Friday night’s informal gathering at Cavataio’s Restaurant and Pizzeria 101 South Edwardsville Street (at intersection of West Main Street). Reservation requested for purpose of reserve seating at restaurant only. Participant orders and pays for meal on their own.

April 26th - Saturday
7:30 AMVendor set-up.

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM – ITS Registration and Model Contest Entry (entries accepted until 2:00 PM).

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM – Swap Meet in Concordia Hall.

SELF-GUIDED TOUR
Maps will be available at the registration table for self-guided driving tour of the Staunton - Hillsboro Line and self-guided walking/biking tour of the ITS Trail which traverses south from Concordia Hall (front door) to Illinois Route 4 (Decamp); 1.8 miles and to the north end of Union Street at the Wabash Mine #14 Crossing; .9 mile.

11:00 AM –Presentation by Jarid Ott of the ITS Trail Committee: “The IT Between Staunton and Gillespie: Then and Now”. A narrated power point presentation of scenes along this route.

1:00 PM – Presentation by John Howard of his noted filming of the latter days of the Illinois Terminal’s train operations be fore the N&W takeover in 1981. The hour long presentation is a diesel-fan must attend event.

2:00 PM – Judging of models by ITS judges.

2:30 PM – ITS Annual Film Festival.

5:00 PM – Annual “Social Hour” with society members and officers.

6:00 PM – Dinner served promptly at 6 PM.

7:00 PM – ITS State of Society Report, Model Contest Ribbon Awards Presentation
Evening Presentation By Mike Fortney: “The Coal Mines Served by the ITS”
